Terms of Service

DM Faster provides software for finding leads, building lists, creating outreach campaigns, and running connected browser automation through the Chrome extension.

You are responsible for your account, your browser environment, connected platform sessions, and activity that happens through your workspace. Keep access secure and do not share your account in a way your plan does not allow.

Basic is built for Instagram follower-based lead lists. Enterprise adds company search, company filters, Instagram and Facebook outreach, and B2B workflows. Features and limits may differ by plan.

You may not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or spam content. You may not violate third-party rights, attempt unauthorized access, overload the service, bypass safety limits, or misuse supported platforms.

You are responsible for the messages you send and for following the rules, limits, and policies of any third-party platform you use with DM Faster.

Paid subscriptions renew according to the plan you choose unless cancelled. Trials, renewals, upgrades, taxes, and payment processing are handled by our billing provider. Access may be limited if payment fails or a subscription is inactive.

You are responsible for the lists, messages, notes, and other content you add to the product. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and transmit that content to operate the service.

We may update, improve, or remove features over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every browser or third-party platform change, or that every external service will remain available.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or create risk for the product, other users, or third-party platforms.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
